Addressing a coordination meeting on Tuesday, TTD JEO Sri Srinivasa Raju said the pilgrim rush has been continuing in Tirumala from the past fifteen days and reached its peak on Sunday as the summer vacation is coming to an end soon. With an intention of providing hassle-free darshan to all the visiting devotees the management has cancelled VIP break Darshan and limited it only to protocol VIPs alone.
Later speaking to media persons, the JEO said that the management also has decided to provide complaint books at each and every compartment to get their complaints and suggestions. Complaint books or Feedback books will be available with Srivari Sevaks and one can file complaint or send suggestion to TTD management to improve our quality of services to pilgrims. All our officials, under the supervision of our Tirumala EO Anil Kumar Singhal, are working day and night from the past ten days to offer better services to pilgrims.
The TTD administrative chief inspected the VQC 1 and 2 compartments along with Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju on Monday. He interacted with the pilgrims sitting in the waiting compartments and verified the amenities being provided to them. Following the suggestions of pilgrims during our interaction, we will further enhance our food and sanitation services. Especially while serving breakfast menu, milk to children etc”, EO observed.
Meanwhile in the inspection VGO Sri Ravindra Reddy, Special Officer Annaprasadam Smt Chenchulakshmi, Catering Officer Sri Sastry, Health Officer Dr Sermista, PRO Dr T Ravi and others were also present.
