TTD has set up a exclusive toll free number 1800 425 4242 which will be available to pilgrim devotees during Salakatla and Navarathri brahmotsavams.
The pilgrims can call this number if they have any issues or queries and it is functional 24X7 in Common Command Centre in Tirumala. Each department has deputed staff to attend the calls of the pilgrims and clear their doubts.
During important days like annual brahmotsavams, Vaikuntha Ekadasi, TTD allpcates the exclusive toll number for the sake of pilgrims.
The pilgrims can also call 1800 425 4141 and 1800 425 333333 if they have any problems with respect to security and can dial 1800 425 111111 if they have accommodation problems. These toll free numbers are already under existence.
The pilgrims can also raise complaints through call center of TTD which operates round the clock.
