Srivari Seva voluntary service which has commenced by TTD about 18 years ago is set to create history with the new twin buildings which going to be inaugurated by Honourable CM of AP Sri N Chandra Babu Naidu during the ensuing brahmotsavams, said Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju.
The JEO inspected the twin buildings which are coming up at a cost of almoat Rs.100crores behind Kalyana Vedika in Tirumala.
Speaking to media persons on this occasion he said, Srivari Seva volunteers have been rendering commendable services to pilgrims. “Recently to encourage more youth, employee and educated in to voluntary service we have introduced 3-day and 4-day services in on-line also. So in future Srivari Seva would emerge as a role model to all the voluntary organisations”, he said.
Adding further the JEO said, to strengthen and promote quality of service we have constructed this Seva Gramam exclusively for volunteers with two buildings to accommodate male and female volunteers separately. There 16 halls with a dining hall in each building. There is a Satsangam hall to orient sevaks on behavioural attitude, soft communication skills while dealing with pilgrims etc.”, he said.
CVSO In-charge Sri Siva Kumar Reddy, SE II Sri Ramachandra Reddy, SE Electrical Sri Venkateswarulu, Catering Officer Sri Shastry and others were also present.
