Hanuman Jayanthi was performed in Tirumala on Sunday with religious fervour. It is noteworthy that Hanuman Jayanthi will be conducted on Vaishakha Bhahula Dasami Day on every year. On this occasion special rites were performed to Sri Bedi Anjaneeswamy opposite the temple of Srivari and Sri Prasanna Anjaneeswamy which is located on the seventh mile of alipiri footway.
