The monthly “Dial Your EO” program was held at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Friday, where in the pilgrims directly shared their views and suggestions with TTD Executive Officer, Sri Anil Kumar Singhal.
As Astabandhana Balalaya Maha Samprokshanam, unique temple ritual, observed in Tirumala from August 12 to 16, the possibility of providing darshan to pilgrims will be minimum during these days and hence the pilgrims are requested to plan their pilgrimage accordingly, said TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal.
Briefing media persons, the EO said, this month TTD will provide darshan tokens to 4000 pilgrims falling under the category of aged people and Physically Handicapped pilgrims on two lean days on July 10 and 24 while. He said, the parents with children below 5 years of age also will be allowed for darshan on July 11 and 25.
This year we will be reviewing on annual brahmotsavam arrangements much before so as to complete all our engineering works by August 31. Our meeting with District Collector, SP and other departments in the district which are related to the mega religious event will also take part on July 26.
Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple which was recently opened at Kurukshetra has been attracting thousands of devotees every day. Similarly the temples at Kanyakumari and Hyderabad are also gearing up for inauguration in the beginning of next year.

While in General category the total no of tickets released are 43,900 which includes, Viseshapuja-2,000, Kalyanam-9,975, Unjal seva-3,150, Arjitha Brahmotsavam-5,775, Vasanthotsavam-11,000, Sahasra Deepalankara Seva-12,000.
