Andhra Pradesh new Governor Sri Biswa Bhushan Harichandan offered prayers in the temple of Sri Venkateswara Swamy at Tirumala on Tuesday afternoon along with his spouse Smt Suprava Harichandan and other members of the family and entourage.
On his arrival at the Srivari temple after paying visit to Sri Varahaswamy temple following the temple tradition, he was accorded warm welcome by TTD Trust Board Chief Sri YV Subba Reddy, TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal, Special Officer of Tirumala Sri AV Dharma Reddy and CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti.
After darshan of Lord Venkateswara, the Governor designate was offered Vedasirvachanam at Ranganayakula Mandapam in Tirumala temple by Vedic pundits.
TTD Chairman and EO presented him with the prasadams, theertham and laminated photo of Lord Venkateswara.
