TTD Trust Board Chief Sri Putta Sudhakar Yadav on Friday inspected the queue lines and other places along with concerned officers. The Chairman visited VQC Annaprasadam, aged and physically challenged pilgrims waiting hall, Narayanagiri Queue lines, CRO, Lab, Parakamani Seva Hall, Kalyanakatta and monitored the services being rendered to the pilgrims in the respective places.
In the aged and physically challenged pilgrims waiting hall, he talked with some devotees who expressed immense satisfaction over the arrangements made by TTD. Sri Vijay Khanna from Faridabad of Haryana admired the facilities being provided by TTD. Smt Vijaya Raman from Chennai while hailing the arrangements suggested to place a phone in the hall for their convenience to contact their kin whenever need arises.
Later speaking to media persons, the Chairman said, as Peratasi month happens to be auspicious to Tamil people, scores of devotees from Tamil Nadu thronged Tirumala and the queue lines have stretched over three kilo meters outside. “The Annaprasadam and water distribution are underway in a continuous manner and the vigilance sleuths are manning the pilgrim crowd in an organised manner. He said TTD has made elaborate arrangements for different categories of pilgrims to have hassle free darshan in spite of heavy rush. He said”, he added.
SE II Sri Ramachandra Reddy, Health Officer Dr Sermista, AVSO Sri Gangaraju were also present during inspection.
